Sharing my passion and interest in the Esoteric Philosophy is a source of tremendous pleasure and personal satisfaction. Having the opportunity to meet directly with groups and live audiences, both in the United States and abroad, has been one of the richest and most treasured aspects of my work. As I continue to travel and teach, I am always exploring methods of communicating this philosophy in ways that have a vital and transforming effect upon those for whom it inwardly touches.
Over the last several years, my commitment to teaching and travel has curtailed my ability to share this philosophy through the written word. Yet to my absolute delight, I see this blog as a unique tool to begin teaching in written form once again. My approach will be to offer you a deep and meaningful understanding of the essential ideas espoused in the Esoteric Philosophy. Generally speaking, these postings will be “brief, but full.”

The Flaming Heart
…. Love is the energy that governs the human soul and its expression. When the heart is filled with love, and wisdom governs its direction, one’s capacity to serve the larger whole increases greatly. Love is rooted in our ability to sense the oneness underlying all things. Yet, the heart is something that evolves over time, becoming more Christ-like as one nears enlightenment. The challenge is to rise above sentimentality and to realize that the heart’s highest expression is also the most impersonal. In this workshop, we will closely examine the nature and evolution of love. Below are a few (but not all) of the specific themes to be presented and discussed:
- The seven types of souls, and their unique relationship to love
- The evolution of goodwill, and its transformation into the will-to-good
- How desire masquerades as love
- Problems that emerge due to the awakening of the heart
- The marriage of fire (will) and love
- Sex, and its relationship to love and mystical yearning
