Seven Ray Inventory

Thank you for registering for a Seven Ray Inventory. The results will be provided to you when you participate in your registered workshop.

Instructions:

On a scale of 1 to 7, please rate how the following statements apply to you.

There may be some questions where you find that you relate to part of the statement, but not all of it. When this is the case, it is best to determine an average value. The results of this assessment will be provided to you at the Seven Ray Workshop you are registered to attend. If you have scheduled a private consultation with William, you will be presented the results at that time.
